Data Production Management Expert

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a seasoned Data Production Management Expert to join our team in Donauwörth. This role involves managing the production of Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness for one civil Helicopter Program.
About the Role- End-to-end Production Management of technical data, including internal and external contributions, to ensure completeness at Aircraft level.
- Master Planning & Tactical planning management to optimize production processes.
- Negotiation and alignment with stakeholders such as Chief Engineering and Programs to achieve common goals.
- Production Monitoring, Analysis, Reporting, and Action plan development to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Lead the production management routines and contribute to workload/capacity analysis with the Head Of Metier.
- Maintain Unit Cost awareness and identify opportunities to improve products and processes.
- Evaluate Make or Buy strategy adherence and ensure Safety, Ethics, and Export Control compliance in the production flow.
- Contribute to the strategy of production tools and lead problem-solving processes related to planning & workload/capa issues.
- Validate Work Unit Requests for external partners and provide regular forecast updates.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Design Office or Tech Data management.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management and coordinating multinational teams.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for producing graphs and tables.
- Attractive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, including holiday pay, Christmas bonus, and profit sharing.
