Sales and Account Manager

TrekkSoft AG is a dynamic and fast-growing tech startup that aims to streamline international payments, accounting, and process optimization for members of TrekkSoft Group and independent 3rd party travel companies.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly proactive Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, and improving existing ones for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive management of client relationships, including onboarding, check-ins, and improvement plans.
- Keeping accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot.
- Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Resolving complaints and preventing further issues by analyzing and improving processes.
- Building strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate product improvements.
- Maintenance of the account, analysis of the current situation, and coming to conclusions on where to improve.
- Improving take rate, payment methods used, and upselling new features and products.
- Developing and monitoring new sales opportunities.
- Experience in Account Management (3-5 years).
- Highly proactive attitude to spot issues and opportunities.
- Preferably an understanding of SaaS and marketplaces.
- Preferably experience in fintech/financial and payments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German.
- Knowledge of CRM software, HubSpot.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze.
- Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, but yet able to work in a small team environment.
- EU citizenship or EU work permit.
