Software Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software development process definitions and content for the entire group of companies, focusing on the engineering area.
  • Analyze and ensure the implementation of state-of-the-art standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure process consistency and integrity.
  • Conduct regular internal training on the software development process and review its application.
  • Promote leading processes to customers through presentations, gap analysis, and training.
  • Support the systematic improvement of processes with innovative ideas.

Required Profile:

  • University degree in engineering, computer science, or similar degree programs with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of software or hardware development processes such as Waterfall, Agile, Lean, etc.
  • Desirable knowledge of leading automotive standards and processes ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262, etc.
  • Experience in embedded software development and knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is an advantage.
  • High analytical skills and a structured way of working to carry out analyses and contribute innovative ideas.
  • High level of comprehension to understand the latest technologies and methods in the automotive industry.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
