Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our team at Leibniz Universität Hannover. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in cloud observation and spectral radiation measurements.
Key Responsibilities
- Automated observation of clouds using cloud cameras
- Measurement of spectral radiance with the AMUDIS device under various cloud conditions
- Statistical validation of radiation transport models for different sky conditions
Requirements
- Completed university degree in physics, meteorology, or optical technologies
- Physical and technical skills to conduct and evaluate outdoor measurements
- Teamwork and independence
