Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Support Dental CAD/CAM Software Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and quality assurance for international customer projects. You will also collaborate with our development team to identify new feature requirements and support their implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support for dental CAD/CAM software
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify new feature requirements and support their implementation
  • Develop and maintain CAM Machining Templates
  • Develop application scenarios for automated testing and conduct functional, safety, and performance-related testing
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with CAM software as an application engineer or similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC machines and multi-axis milling processes
  • Knowledge of milling, grinding, and additive processes in dental CAD/CAM
  • Experience with dental CAD/CAM and aligner software (e.g. exocad, 3Shape, OnyxCeph, Maestro)
  • Experience in developing CAM Machining Templates and Post-Processors for CNC machines is an advantage
  • Interest in software testing, further development of existing or future products, and customer support
  • Excellent communication skills and a communicative nature
  • Good English and Korean communication skills
  • Other languages such as German and Chinese are an advantage
