About the Job

The Université du Luxembourg is seeking a highly skilled Research Facilitator to join its Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Dean of the Faculty in coordinating, managing, and developing research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist researchers in finding, applying for, and managing research funding
  • Support the Faculty's research activities and dissemination in academia and society
  • Participate in meetings, info days, and other events
  • Safeguard internal communication and cooperation within the Faculty and the University administration

Requirements:

  • Degree in STEM - Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
  • Background in a health-related field or respective work experience
  • At least 3 years in project management with a proven experience in finding and managing research funding
  • Service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and prioritization capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a team and contribute to work-flows and team development
  • Experience in using common computer software and collaborative online platforms
  • Excellent command of English and French/German
