Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Smart4Staff, eine Marke der Bleicher Otto GmbH.

As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of our Telekom Shop, achieving sales and revenue targets, and optimizing sales and back office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Ensure effective inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training with relevant experience in retail management
• Previous experience in team management and leadership
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
