Watchmaker Specialist

CHRONEXT Service Germany GmbH is seeking a skilled Watchmaker Specialist to join our team in Cologne. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for partial repairs and service work on our luxury watches.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our workshop team to perform partial repairs and service work on our watches
- Verify the authenticity and functionality of our watches as part of the receiving goods process
- Independently ensure the quality assurance of our products and services regarding up-to-dateness and continuity
- Participate in our workshop team and be responsible for the incoming goods inspection of our watches
- Act as the contact person for internal teams and customers to clarify questions regarding the quality and authenticity of our watches and the handling of partial repairs and service work
- Completed apprenticeship as a watchmaker or in a comparable skilled profession
- Interest in precision mechanics, flair for precision, and affinity for working with metals and precious metals such as gold, platinum, and titanium
- Reliability, passion for luxury watches, and ability to work independently
- Good German and English language skills, communicative, and team-oriented
