Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die sich für die Pflegebranche begeistert und gerne Menschen glücklich macht. Als Customer Success Manager/Pflegebranche Expert bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer B2B Kunden (Pflegeschulen, ambulante Pflegedienste, Kliniken). Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Nutzung unserer Lern-App und identifizierst Verbesserungspotentialien in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team.

Qualifikation

Wir suchen nach jemandem, der:

  • Interesse an der Pflegebranche hat
  • Frühere Erfahrungen im Account Management oder Customer Success hat (mindestens 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in einem B2B/SaaS-Unternehmen oder ähnlichem)
  • Empathie für User:innen und Kund:innen hat und keine Angst hat, direkt mit ihnen zu reden
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift hat
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, aber freust dich über Teamwork
  • Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen, wie z.B. Hubspot hast
