Die Stelle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Bauleiter, der unsere Bauprojekte erfolgreich zu Ende führen kann. Als Bauleiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben. Sie leiten das Baustellenteam und die Nachunternehmer an und sind für die Arbeitsvorbereitung und Qualitätskontrolle verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben
  • Anleitung des Baustellenteams und der Nachunternehmer
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Baubesprechungen
  • Aufmaßerstellung per Laptop oder Tablet
  • Vorbereitung von Nachträgen
  • Abruf von Materialien und Werkzeugen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, bevorzugt im Bereich Elektro oder Tiefbau, bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Bauleitung von Vorteil
  • Sicherheit in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Organisationsgeschick und Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben
