About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Schulbegleiter (m/w/d) at our Realschule Hohenlimburg location. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Document student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and educators.
Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or education in education or a related field preferred.
