Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechatronics Instructor to join our team at our Munich location. In this role, you will play a vital part in training and mentoring future mechatronics professionals while contributing to the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of rail vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of locomotives, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards.
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to apprentices in mechatronics, fostering their technical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to established technical guidelines and procedures for all assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in internal training sessions and pursue further qualifications to enhance your expertise in relevant technical areas.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve maintenance processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and security regulations.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a technical vocational training program in mechatronics.
- Possession or willingness to obtain an instructor certification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively communicating with apprentices and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Familiarity with vocational training regulations is preferred.
- Several years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality.
