Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Endpoint Management Specialist to join our Product Management team in Göppingen, Germany. As an integral part of our agile scrum team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of one or more products and leading product initiatives from planning to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking over the role of a Product Owner inside an agile scrum team and leading and chaperoning product initiatives from planning, releasing, and maintaining them.
  • Shaping and communicating the product roadmap with a global impact together with the Product Managers and Product Owners within Remote Management.
  • Being the customer's advocate inside the team and translating their needs into product requirements by defining, tracking, and analyzing the relevant key product indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that we work on the right and important pieces.
  • Analyzing and classifying customer and market requirements and independently developing creative ideas and actions by actively seeking qualitative and quantitative customer feedback, monitoring the market, and creating competitive analysis.
  • Ensuring that the development team members understand the goals of the product initiatives relevant for them and fully support them.
Requirements
  • A university or college degree in the field of business, computer science, or information systems or similar subject.
  • At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: product management, software development, connectivity, business-to-business solutions, or consulting.
  • A proven track record in the design and implementation and maintenance of software.
  • Self-driven, proactive, good communications skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Your working practice is positive, result-oriented, collaborative, agile, and structured.
  • Strong technical understanding, proven customer interaction, and user experience/design thinking methods as well as coding experience are a plus.
  • Experience in the field of Unified Endpoint Management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
