Job Title: Payments SpecialistWe are seeking a talented Payments Specialist to join their team and contribute to their mission of streamlining payment workflows for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to implement and support payment automation solutions using the company's low-code platform.
- Ensure seamless integration with payment networks such as SWIFT, SEPA, and CBPRP.
- Manage and maintain payment workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO-20022 and T2.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities and address the diverse needs of clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments sector to guide platform improvements and client advisory services.
- Proven experience in payments, with a strong understanding of SWIFT, ISO-20022, SEPA, CBPRP, and T2.
- Familiarity with payment automation processes and relevant financial regulations.
- Experience with low-code platforms is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial messaging standards and protocols is highly beneficial.
