Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Administration von Microsoft Servern, Client-Anwendungen und Netzwerktechnologien.
  • Du installierst und konfigurierst Softwareprodukte und führst Reparaturen und Wartungen durch.
  • Du übernimmst die Einweisung der Kunden in die Bedienung der eingesetzten und installierten Technik und dokumentierst die durchgeführten Leistungen.

Was wir von Dir erwarten
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Windows Server-und Clientbetriebssystemen und Netzwerktechnologien.
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast bereits Erfahrung in der Dokumentation eines Ticketsystems.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und in hohem Maße kundenorientiert, sowie ausgesprochen teamorientiert.
