Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at SINUS Personalmanagement. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and other life-sustaining therapies.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care nursing, with a focus on critical care and palliative care.
- Strong knowledge of critical care principles, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and cardiac arrest protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
