Job SummaryMGI Tech Europe is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the IT infrastructure of our Berlin office and regional operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT, with a focus on optimizing IT systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting business processes through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centers, and hardware, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Network and Security Management: Ensure the security and integrity of data across systems, implementing best practices for data protection and cybersecurity, and managing firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Enterprise IT Systems Management: Manage and support enterprise IT systems, such as ERP, CRM, and HR systems, ensuring their smooth integration with global platforms.
- IT Support & Team Leadership: Lead the IT support team, providing direction, mentorship, and training to ensure timely and effective IT support across the region.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Work with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate and manage IT contracts, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of IT services and equipment.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, from system upgrades to the deployment of new technology solutions, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with a minimum of 3 years in IT management roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong experience in managing enterprise IT systems, network infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects and initiatives, with excellent project management skills.
- Fluency in English is required and Chinese. Proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.
