Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die unser HR Talent Acquisition Team als Teamassistent/in unterstützt.
Deine Aufgaben- Als Assistenz unterstützt du unser Talent Acquisition Team und bringst dein Organisationstalent mit Freude, Sorgfalt und einem Auge fürs Detail ein.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Recruitern zusammen und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Planung und Terminierung im Bewerbermanagement.
- Du überzeugst mit Schnelligkeit, Umsichtigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen und bist damit ein wichtiger Bestandteil einer positiven Candidate Journey für unsere Bewerbende.
- Du hältst unsere Talentdatenbank auf dem aktuellen Stand, koordinierst Dienstleister und unterstützt das Team bei zusätzlichen AdHoc Aufgaben.
- Zusätzlich assistierst du den HR-Führungskräften und unterstützt im Projektmanagement.
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Büromanagement, Management-Assistenz o.ä.).
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR oder Assistenz-Bereich sind von Vorteil.
- Der Umgang mit MS Office bereitet dir keinerlei Schwierigkeiten, idealerweise hast du bereits mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen gearbeitet.
- Als Organisationstalent bringst du eine eigenständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit – kombiniert mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität.
- Die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Parteien bereitet dir Freude und du handelst auch in stressigen Situationen stets lösungsorientiert.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
