Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our Business Services department at evosoft GmbH in Nuremberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software architectures, collaborating with colleagues and customers, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software products using innovative architecture concepts and methods.
  • Create and optimize software architectures based on cloud technologies, ensuring robust and efficient software design.
  • Take technical responsibility for the realization and further development of complex software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and accompany/ implement prototypes and MVPs.
  • Represent your concepts to colleagues and customers, ensuring a steady progress of your project.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education/qualification.
  • Knowledge of software development from various backgrounds (e.g..NET, Java, Phyton, etc.) and/or in the modelling of data, their structures and properties (database systems, Big Data, etc.).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the conception and design of complex software architectures (preferably enterprise systems) and/or experience in software lifecycle management (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Familiarity with key architectural styles and approaches, and the ability to design, evaluate, and document architectures.
  • Broad interest in technology, with a passion for inspiring colleagues and customers.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
