Head of Campaigns

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Campaigns to lead our campaign department and drive the execution of our creator and paid media campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all campaign operations, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from onboarding to reporting, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Creative Operations: Lead the creative process for campaign ideation, develop briefings and concepts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and campaign goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations, and prepare detailed reports for clients highlighting key metrics and results.
- Leadership: Support hiring efforts for the campaign team, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
- Campaign Management Experience: Proven experience in managing marketing or creator campaigns, preferably within a digital or creator/influencer marketing environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong background in customer management and key account management.
- Industry Expertise: Understanding of the key players within the digital marketing ecosystem and the creator/influencer economy, as well as the key challenges, developments, and opportunities.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing campaigns using data and analytics tools.
- Enthusiasm for Tech: Become an expert in using our platform and collaborate with our product team to further improve it according to learnings.
