About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Market Insights team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market research plans to support business objectives
  • Lead primary market research projects, including vendor selection and project management
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic CHC brand topics
  • Create meaningful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and share best practices
Requirements
  • 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
  • Proven ability to manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects
  • Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
  • Significant experience with data and analytics tools, including Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
