Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do
Campus Recruiting: You will be responsible for Student Hiring at Personio, from job postings to offer processes, ensuring alignment with hiring managers and providing excellent candidate care throughout.
Social Media: Support in developing and creating engaging content to strengthen our Employer brand.
Project Work: Engage in different projects aimed to improve our processes along the whole Candidate Journey.
Student Network: Manage the internal Student network, by organizing events, engaging and connecting all Students at Personio.

Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for interns and working students who possess strong interpersonal abilities by demonstrating empathy and effective communication.
Hard Skills:
You are currently or have been pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, HR, psychology)Initial experience in the area of people experience, HR, or similar in the context of internships or working student activities is an advantageGerman- and English-Skills are requiredSoft Skills:
High affinity for HR topics and an "Employee-oriented Mindset"You demonstrate excellent people skills, including networking and team-orientationYour work style is diligent, and you like analytical tasks, but you're also happy to do manual tasks if they are neededYou are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiativeWhy Personio
