Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at Abiomis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) in both Private Equity and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of AIFs in Private Equity and Real Estate
  • Organize ordinary and extraordinary meetings
  • Draft various documents, including minutes, agreements, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with clients, lawyers, notaries, and banks
  • Oversee fund governance from constitution to dissolution

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Corporate Officer working with AIFs in Luxembourg
  • Fluent in English, with any other language considered an asset
  • Proactive and organized, with a focus on meeting deadlines
