Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen motivierten und ambitionierten Trainee, der sich im Bereich Sales spezialisieren möchte. Als Teil unseres Trainee-Programms wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und unser Sales-Team in München zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für zwei spannende Projekte während deines Traineeprogramms
  • Aktive Kundenansprache unserer Bestandskunden und Neukunden
  • Persönliche Kundenverantwortung und selbständige Qualifizierung, Planung und Verfolgung von Kunden-Abschlüssen
  • Aufbau und Vertiefung von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Bestandskundenentwicklung sowie CRM-Pflege der verschiedenen Projekte und entsprechenden Saleszyklen
  • Kundenplanung, Forecast-Führung, regelmäßiges einfaches Reporting betreffend Umsetzungs-Status
  • Wettbewerbsanalyse
  • Planung und Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen bzw. anderen Marketingmaßnahmen

Was du mitbringst

  • Betreuung, Beratung und Verkauf mit Leidenschaft
  • Ambition und Spaß beim Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Effektives Selbstmanagement für ein selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse über Low-Code-Plattformen, agile Softwareentwicklung, Hyperscaler oder Managed Service
  • Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich bereits absolviert
