About the Role

PENNY is a leading retail company that values its employees and offers a supportive work environment. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Manage the sales floor, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store display
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
