This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and product safety/quality of new equipment, improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and minimizing manufacturing costs. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, you will lead equipment maintenance, formulate maintenance plans, and manage spare parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities- Review new equipment schemes from layout to delivery, ensuring they meet design requirements;
- Prepare FAT/LOP/TOP list documents and follow-up summary reports for electrical aspects;
- Enhance equipment efficiency, quality, reduce energy consumption, and minimize manufacturing costs;
- Lead equipment maintenance, formulate AM/PM maintenance plans, summarize downtime, and drive improvement;
- Purchase and manage equipment spare parts inventory.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical automation or related majors;
- Familiarity with electrical schematic diagrams and automation devices like sensors, servo electromotors, and stepping electromotors;
- Proficiency in debugging, programming, and optimization of PLC automation equipment (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron/Schneider);
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance of equipment in large manufacturing industries;
- Fluent business English and German language proficiency; Chinese Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Candidates must possess clear logical thinking, engagement, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
