Senior Communications Role

Personalwerk Sourcing GmbH is seeking a highly experienced Head of Communications to lead our organization's communication strategies. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills in English and German.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel communications strategy that supports the organization's objectives.
  • Lead and manage a communications team to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Oversee media relations and public relations efforts, including press releases and media inquiries.
  • Create and supervise content strategies for digital platforms, print, and public relations campaigns.
  • Ensure message consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to communicate corporate objectives and business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in a leadership role in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Profound knowledge of developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • A strategic thinker personality with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level.
