Accelerate Business Growth

As a Business Development Manager at SEEBURGER, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in existing and new customer relationships. Your primary goal is to generate and nurture leads, working closely with our direct sales teams to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and prioritize incoming leads from various marketing sources and activities
  • Conduct initial meetings with existing or potential new customers to discuss their business needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns to target key decision-makers and build relationships at all levels of a company
  • Work closely with our CRM system to record all activities and track progress
  • Collaborate with our social media team to create and share industry-specific content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership

Your Ideal Profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable experience
  • Proven track record in tele-prospecting, call center, social media, sales, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of a company
  • Experience in IT or software sales is an advantage
  • Commitment to delivering results and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
