Job Description:
The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, spreading the values and philosophy of our brand to maximize sales.
You will manage client relations, identify customer needs, and ensure each customer receives excellent and professional service throughout their experience with us.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and philosophy of Dodo Deutschland GmbH.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement effective strategies to achieve this goal.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless and personalized client experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong dexterity and creativity, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluent in German and English, with other languages being an asset.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
