- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Regional Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional service partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Escalated Cases: Handle escalated cases and participate in case handling load when required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the electrical industry.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in Electrical Supply or backup systems and their installation, support, maintenance, and repair (EV Charging, UPS, Renewable energy systems or similar).
- Leadership Skills: Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving results and meeting performance targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent in German and English.
- Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP etc.). Working experience in MS Dynamics is considered a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
