Job Description

As a Regional Team Lead Technical Support Level 2 at Delta Electronics, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to effectively coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities to meet customer demand and deadlines.
  • Service Planning: Participate in developing and implementing service plans and strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the regional service team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Regional Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional service partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Escalated Cases: Handle escalated cases and participate in case handling load when required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the electrical industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Experienced in Electrical Supply or backup systems and their installation, support, maintenance, and repair (EV Charging, UPS, Renewable energy systems or similar).
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving results and meeting performance targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Native/Fluent in German and English.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP etc.). Working experience in MS Dynamics is considered a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
