Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance and product recommendations
- Handling customer inquiries and managing accounts
- Collaborating with global teams and supporting marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
