Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the LEGO Store Frankfurt. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Sales and Merchandising – Maintain a thorough knowledge of LEGO products, including new releases and promotions, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers to drive sales growth.

  • Store Operations – Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements

  • Language Skills – Proficient in spoken and written German and English.

  • Product Knowledge – Familiarity with LEGO products and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions.

  • Customer Service – Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers of all ages and backgrounds.

  • Availability – Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
