HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR People Operations Manager to join our team at TBA Venture. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll, employment contracts, and other personnel-related documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR master data and personnel files
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Support applicant management and recruiting efforts
- Provide administrative support in all HR areas
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain Excel evaluations and reports
- Completed administrative training with a focus on human resources
- Experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor, tax, and social security laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
