Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our Web Experience team at REWE Digital. As a UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our website and shop, ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces for our website and shop, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and researchers, to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital products.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
