About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at Sensient Technologies. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Coordinate and prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP and Excel
