Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and implement projects to improve and digitize business processes
  • Independently capture requirements from various departments
  • Develop concepts, monitor implementation, and introduce system solutions
  • Plan and conduct software tests, as well as create and document reports
  • Support IT business processes and applications
  • Train users, support business operations, and coordinate closely with departments
Requirements

  • Completed studies in IT, such as computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualifications through completed IT training with relevant work experience
  • Several years of experience in the relevant field is beneficial
  • Structured, methodical, and analytical work style with quick comprehension
  • Strong team orientation and focus on customers, service, and solution-oriented work
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and process-oriented thinking
