Purchasing Specialist

About the Role
- Represent the company's purchasing interests in cross-functional projects
- Ensure the timely fulfillment of project requirements in the supply chain
- Analyze procurement markets for the assigned purchasing area
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Resolve delivery issues, bottlenecks, and technical problems
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier offers
- Make informed decisions on supplier inclusion
- Evaluate suppliers based on delivery capability, price, quality, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Integrate suppliers into project processes
Your Profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, electronics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in purchasing
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong technical and economic understanding
- Confident and assertive communication skills
- Independent and structured work approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team
