Job Title: Java Developer

As a Java Developer at Optimus Search, you will play a crucial role in scaling our clients' market platform to support business growth and expand their product portfolio with more financing solutions.

You will work closely with a Product Owner and an agile cross-functional team ready for innovation and new approaches to software development.

Our team offers a challenging and interesting work environment with a high degree of responsibility, an opportunity to work on green-field projects in finance, as well as on side-projects.

Our client is an internationally certified payment institute that enhances corporate payments with working-capital optimization, financing, and lean processing.

We develop technology-driven, unique solutions for our customers that provide instant added value. Our clients include large, international corporations from various industries, which we support with a diversified and growing team in Hamburg and Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passion for emerging (web) technologies
  • Solid understanding of software paradigms and design principles (OOP/FP, MVC, Dependency injection)
  • Broad experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate
  • Strong testing habits (Junit, Mockito, Jest, etc.)
