About DeepAdvisorWe are a Pre-Seed startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with impressive success stories. Our solution leverages the power of Generative AI to automate business processes and strategic tasks, providing companies with significant efficiency and productivity gains.
In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing market in Generative AI, working closely with experienced team members to drive innovation and growth.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic position that requires a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of the platform
- Organizing and managing all activities related to the deployment of DeepAdvisor, including scheduling, communication, and coordination with various stakeholders
- Customizing the DeepAdvisor application to meet specific client requirements and use cases
- Providing ongoing support to clients post-deployment, ensuring they can effectively utilize DeepAdvisor to its full potential
- Assisting clients in building GenAI prompts and use cases using the DeepAdvisor Low-Code IDE
- Conducting training sessions and creating user guides to educate clients on the functionalities and capabilities of DeepAdvisor
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master student in Information Systems, Technical Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience as a working student/intern, ideally in a start-up
- Basic technical skills and understanding of Generative AI, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- A client-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- English and German language skills on C-Level
