About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Test Engineering Manager to join our team at FEV EVA GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Test Engineering team and ensuring the successful development and implementation of our electrical energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure the successful development and implementation of our electrical energy storage solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all test engineering activities are conducted in accordance with our quality management system and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on electrical energy storage solutions.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical energy storage systems, test engineering principles, and project management methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
