About the Role

E.ON Digital Technology GmbH is seeking a skilled Content Creator Video & Audio to join our team. As a key member of our Video Production team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful video content that showcases our brand and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce innovative motion picture formats from start to finish.
  • Combine storytelling methods with creative concepts and scripts that align with E.ON's brand identity and objectives.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure optimal implementation, design, and visibility.
  • Develop existing and new technologies to optimize and expand the existing portfolio.
  • Design and set up visual elements in productions.
  • Operate audio equipment, camera equipment, and image mixing systems.
  • Oversee post-production, including audio, color grading, music, and subtitles.
  • Create virtual sets in Unreal Engine.
  • Consider CI elements and design specifications.
  • Maintain equipment and introduce continuous improvement methods.
  • Participate in cross-departmental exchanges to enhance collaboration.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator Video & Audio or similar role.
  • Proficiency in camera operation and familiarity with sound, lighting, and other equipment on set.
  • Several years of experience in scene composition, editing, audio engineering, animation, and color grading.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, Adobe CC Suite, Davinci Resolve, and Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with various platforms to adapt content accordingly.
  • Experience in live multi-camera editing and design framing.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D graphic animation.
  • Deep understanding of timing, framing, formats, and storytelling.
  • Experience in audio mixing, automation, and compression.
  • Flexibility in terms of availability and location.
  • Self-reliant, organized, and reliable work approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
