Your Role as a Business Development Representative
You will be responsible for acquiring new clients in the International Patient Treatment market, representing our client based in Istanbul, Turkey while working from Berlin. This role requires close collaboration with our international business development department to ensure success in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Local Representation: Serve as the face of our company in Berlin and establish a strong local presence.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our healthcare services within the German market.
- Liaison: Act as a bridge between the headquarters in Istanbul and the local community in Germany, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue in the local market.
Requirements
- Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local market, culture, and healthcare landscape.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year health sector sales/business development experience.
- Language Proficiency: Be proficient in both German and English. Turkish knowledge is an advantage.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive success.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Residency: Reside in Berlin.
- Work Permit: Have the right to work full time in Germany.
Compensation Package
- Salary: We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, plus performance-based premium.
