Job Title: DSS Director Data Engineering System and Technology

This role is part of our EU regional headquarters and can be based in an EU affiliate.

Main Responsibilities
  • To define and execute the vision and strategy for global DSS technology, covering the full data life-cycle and value creation.
  • To lead DSS system life-cycle activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and oversee data applications and visualizations.
  • To partner with stakeholders to execute technology initiatives and consult on technology aspects, including vendor management.
  • To manage team performance and development, utilizing expertise in clinical technology solutions and process excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in clinical data systems and data engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix environment.
