**About the Role**

As a Production Planner:in at Alpha-Engineering KG, you will play a crucial role in driving factory efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet engineering and production requirements
• Manage delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with ERP and APS-Tools to maintain data integrity and ensure seamless integration with IT infrastructure
• Analyze production statistics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting major deviations to stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of our Production Planning & Control set-up, driving innovation and process improvements

**Requirements**

• Completed degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in production planning or a similar field
• Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling production processes, with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles
• Background in dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up, with experience in managing complex production processes
• Proficiency in ERP tools, with experience in INFOR highly valued
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive improvement initiatives
• Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of German a plus
