About the Role

As an Architect at Exyte, you'll be responsible for planning and executing architecture-specific project tasks within larger construction projects. You'll ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and guarantee effective project execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project execution on site: Participate in the timely execution of projects in architecture, structural engineering, and infrastructure for high-tech facilities.
  • Independent management and execution of a sub-area within the project.
  • Coordination and participation in the planning and implementation of all project phases with external partners and service providers.
  • Change management: Review and process changes, including evaluating costs and schedules, and coordinating with involved parties.
  • Onsite presence: Ensure regular presence on site to guarantee effective project execution and communication.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German-speaking regions.
  • Experience in all service phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and construction supervision.
  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Structured and reliable working style, willingness to work, and excellent communication skills.
