Administrative Sales Specialist

The Sales Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales orders and customer interactions within the #OneTeam framework at OVHcloud. This position demands excellent interpersonal, communication skills, as well as being tech-savvy with cloud knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role encompasses:
- Creating records for new customers, including contact details and account management information
- Verifying orders, scrutinizing customers' personal information, and payment details
- Contacting customers via phone or email to address queries and obtain missing information
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
This aspect involves:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Saving orders in OVHcloud tools when necessary
- Issuing sales transaction invoices
- Transmitting relevant information to the Billing team for Purchase Order changes and payments
- Coodinating delivery of external and digital orders to ensure prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Checking receipt of services and related communications with contract holders
This includes:
- Providing customers with product information, order status, delivery status, credit balance, etc.
- Compiling monthly sales reports
- Alerting sales reps to urgent issues
- Updating sales representatives on orders and deliveries
- Directing customer feedback to relevant internal departments
- Consolidating/generating dashboard information
This Sales Administration Officer is expected to possess exceptional time management skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, while also displaying strong sales orientation and customer centricity.
Owing to the dynamic nature of this role, an attractive salary package commensurate with industry standards has been established, ranging between $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on location and performance.
