The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer with 3+ years of experience seeking a challenging role that offers diverse tasks and rewards.

You will work closely with Partners, external organisations, and clients, leveraging creativity and prioritisation skills to deliver high-quality outputs.

We value innovation and ability to think about client interest first and deliver accordingly. On-the-job training and practical guidance are provided, as well as access to third-party training providers.

Your role requires a personality type interested in global events and current affairs, able to translate them into relevant activities and content for our practice and sector areas.

This fast-paced role involves leading on communicating new legal developments, working on major client conferences, or supporting lawyers to win individual clients. We aim to attract diverse talent who can enrich and challenge our approach.


Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with the Head of Practice Group Marketing and practice leads to drive forward and develop marketing strategies for our German commercial and tax practices.
  • Support in developing, implementing, and delivering campaigns and business development initiatives using various routes to market.
  • Developing best-in-class sales collateral and legal updates for our practices.
  • Managing client-specific pitch materials and event management, including global-focused events.
  • Working collaboratively with international teams to provide seamless service to the business.
  • Providing business intelligence on key competitors and marketplace trends to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Transforming practice group messaging into sector-specific marketing for our clients.
  • Supporting key partners and stakeholders in client targeting and business development initiatives.
  • Challenging traditional techniques and embracing technology to drive connectivity to our client base.

Requirements
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Experience in business development and marketing, preferably from a professional services firm with international offices.
  • Delivering or supporting delivery of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives, including strategic events, thought leadership, marketing communications, and business development activities.
  • Able to prioritise activities that deliver value to our business.
  • Previous experience demonstrates ability to support campaign-based activity and influence credibility across all levels.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the German business and legal market to devise effective approaches, considering client perspectives.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
