• You are the point of contact, trusted person, and companion for our customers and advise them in a needs-based and holistic manner.
• You mediate the performance-strong products of LVM.
• You schedule independently and take on the resulting sales-oriented appointments.
• You represent LVM as a consulting and service competence on site.
• You support the agency in the on-site damage regulation.

• You are an insurance saleswoman/man or insurance saleswoman/man and want to develop professionally.
• Or you are looking for a new challenge in a growth industry and are willing to further qualify as an insurance saleswoman/man.
• Values such as trustful togetherness, fair needs-based advice, and pronounced customer orientation are very important to you.
• You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people
