Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Jobactive GmbH. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all activities in the supply chain management process
  • Support the implementation of ERP systems
  • Optimize interfaces and processes
  • Support customs clearance and compliance
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, process descriptions, and procedures
  • Prepare for internal and external audits
  • Support the management of tools and equipment
  • Monitor and control suppliers to ensure compliance with international regulations and standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency
  • Assess and minimize risks in the supply chain and develop plans to manage supply chain disruptions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management
  • Proficiency in the use of ProAlpha and other ERP systems
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
