About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our RLE INTERNATIONAL Group team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the international market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth
  • Manage and execute sales projects from initial contact to contract closure
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the energy or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of international business and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
