About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our RLE INTERNATIONAL Group team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth
- Manage and execute sales projects from initial contact to contract closure
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders
- Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the energy or technology sector
- Strong understanding of international business and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
